Healthy Yummy Homemade Cake @ Cake Blast

Who doesn't like to eat dessert? Especially CAKES! This time I will share some lovely and yummy cake you can get from ONLINE. I bet normally we will get cakes from pastry shop outside. But sometimes the flavour just didn't turns out to be what we want even it will be too sweet for us too. That's why I don't normally buy cakes from outside pastry. Instead let's look for some delicious handmade cake that are specially handmade from home.

To celebrate my mum lovely 50th Birthday this year. I decided to do something more special. What my mum don't like, she is not much a fan of sweet things or too fancy icing design. What she like will be, healthy handmade cake and flower lover!

So here's when Cake Blast come to my rescue! They totally have the requirement that I want and I can make some really yummy and healthy Birthday Cake for my lovely Mum.

Since It was my mum 50th Birthday, we have a big 50 number on the birthday cake.  

To be frank, I only saw the cake the first time when I received from Cake Blast. I was really anxious and excited to see how was the final outcome that Cake Blast has do for me.  I was really surprise and can't feel so happy with this PRETTY CAKE from Cake Blast.

The cake is Orange Walnut with White Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache. The Buttercream was evenly spread on the cake surface and does not leave a thick cream surface on the cake. What's more the Orange Walnut give the Buttercream some lift up taste on it as well. Orange always give this unique fresh taste on it. 

Back to the flavor, I can't tell you guys the freshness of the orange walnut cake was really taste so special and unique. The layer of cake was quite soft and flavorful. Not forget since it was freshly bake from Cake Blast, the cake was not too sweet also. I can't stop eating the cake and everyone made compliment about how nice the cake taste like. Since it was quite big portion, we did share out to neighbors and friends.

About the flowers on top of the cake, all are edible meaning can be eaten also!! I found it really interesting although I never really tried it. But the flower was really fresh and looks so colorful on the cake. Since my mum loves flower and love to gardening. The design totally suits her liking!

Time passes so fast and now my mum have reach 50 years old of her life. I am really grateful for her that she raise both of us, me and my brother alone after divorce with my dad. Although since small, my mum suffer a lot of stress in life. I mean 1 young mother living alone outside with 2 young kids. The journey was never easy, been a lot of ups and down. Lucky we have God with us all the time, Thank God for everything that he supply for us. Is never been too much but is enough for us.

Make a Wish and Blowing the Candles.

Cake Blast also provide candles for us. The candles was the firework candles that was so happening when you fire it up.

After a little small cake celebration at our house. I bring my mum and brother for dinner as well. Nothing much special, I admit I did spend less time with my family compare to work and love life. But deep in my heart, I know that they are my only family I have. Nothing is more important then family.
