Its been a while since I blog about food. Finally I have time to visit Times Square new area, we got to try few of the new restaurants there too. Not many people are fan of Vietnam food. To me, I don't really like their food because of the Mint Leaves they always added in their dish.
But on the other hand, my boyfriend kinda love Vietnam cuisine. I am just fine as long they serve soup noodle soup which are totally fine with it. Their beef soup are always the best in town! Today post will be a short post but with quite a lot of food picture.
Interior wise was really simple, wide and clean. I love the lightning which looks like the fisherman hat.
Drinks cover. I love the food bamboo board on the top. You can check out their Vietnam delicious food In Kafe Vietnam Express.
A little map of Vietnam.
They have a space for outside seating also.
Our drinks.
Food was serve! We got 2 Bowl of noodle since we doesn't want to have too full lunch.
Bun Bo Hue RM15.90
Hue Slice Beef, Ham with thick Rice Noodle in Spicy Soup.
At first I scare it might be spicy but turns out it doesn't. It just brings out the appetizing of eating. Thick Noodle was quite good as well, smooth and chewy. The bowl did looks very big and feel so full just after seeing the serving.
Beef Clear Soup Koay Teow RM15.90
Since my boyfriend love Beef and Beef Soup so much! He always order the same dish when we are eating at Vietnam cafe. Can you see there are a lot of beef slices in the bowl of noodles? Vietnam Beef Noodle always are the best, the soup was really smooth and full with goodness of beef.
Fresh Spring Roll with Prawn RM8.90
Although I'm not a fan of Mint Leave and usually Vietnam Spring Roll there are mint leave inside the roll. But I love Vietnam Spring Roll, especially with their soy wrap I really love the texture of it. Too bad the prawn inside was really small. That I was a bit disappointed since I am a prawn lover.
Overall I really love the food and environment at Kafe Vietnam. The price was quite pricey but the serving was really big. You can get really authentic Vietnam food at Kafe Vietnam Express.
