He Tai Shun Fish Expert @ PV128

He Tai Shun have been open at PV128 for quite some time which I have not yet visit there until last weekend. So it was quite random and since I plan to go for a haircut before my trip. Yeah and so we decide to give this a try. Turns out it was a Chinese Seafood Restaurant which are mainly only Cooking Fish as their main dish. Sound interesting? Just follow till the end of my post.

They are bringing more new food for the coming month. These was some of their famous appetizer you could eat before eating their main dish. The first 2 row was their cold appetizer and the last 2 rows is their hot appetizer.

Appetizer.

I forget to take the photo of the fish choices you can choose from the cheapest prince range of Red Tilapia to Snakehead fish. There are total 4 different types of fish to dine. The biggest the size the expensive it will be too. They charge around RM 36 to RM 48 per 500g depends on the size of the fish.

Beside only the fish as  the main dish, You could add some vege such as, Taofu, Taoge, Mushroom, Seaweed and other more. Which cost RM 5 per adding.

Appetizer is recommend. Because they will clean the fish and grill the fish after our order, hence it will takes around 15 - 20 minutes of waiting.

Drinks.

Our cold appetizer and our Tea. I cannot drink cold drinks yet, so tea was my another option.

Stir-Fried Shredded Potato RM 8.10

Don't really like cold appetizer, I prefer food serve in hot and warm. But since this was meant to be a cold appetizer, it was quite crunchy and appetizing with not overly sour. But it just give the fresh and chewy potato taste.

Taiwanese Green Tea RM 6

Catfish (Garlic) RM 38.90 per 500 gram

Please don't be surprise with all the green and red chilies because this is not meant to be a spicy dish. Instead, it isn't spicy at all it was more to appetizing taste. 

We add on 3 vegetables that is taufu, mushroom and bean curd sheet. That is why the serving looks really huge portion for both of us. The catfish is perfect for 2 person meal, and if you are someone which don't like that much of fish bone, this will be perfect for you too!

The sauce they cook with is really appetizing but slight oily for us. It taste salty sweet but not that spicy. I guess it was because they use different kind of green and red chilies. 

Not forget the fish is grill to perfection, and it was still really fresh to eat. The freshness is there and the meat is so tender as well. I guess the taste doesn't taste that bad at all. Somehow I love the sauce as well, it taste well with the fish and rice. 

Interior Design. They are renovating the second floor as well. So far they only have the first floor serving.

The outlook looks so mystery as we can't really see the dining seats from the outside. But this kind of 烤全鱼( Grill Fish) as their main dish is a famous dish in China. Now they decide to bring their specialty Grill Fish here in KL. I believe they will continue to serve the freshest Fish in town.

Although the price was quite pricey for both of us. It cost RM100+ for both of us. I don't mind to dine here again if the price wasn't that pricey. I guess it was best to bring more people to come was the best way to save more.
