The GreyHound Cafe is a new cafe in Kl area. I was quite exciting and can't wait to visit this cafe, I always feel that in KL there are not much new cafe in town. Since I am staying in KL, cafe in KL will be more convenient for me. But sadly most of the Cafes are always located at PJ or Sunway area which is not convenient for me.
When GreyHound Cafe is finally in KL Town, I decide to pay a visit to this Cafe during weekends. The GreyHound Cafe originality from Bangkok and guess what Bangkok always have a lot of nice ambiance and pretty cafe in town. Its been a while since I visit Bangkok and I been wanted to do a Cafe Hopping trip in Bangkok.

Art on the served plate.
Seating area come with really simple wooden dining tables and chairs. They use the utensil as their deco item as well. What's more they have the utensil always prepare on the dining table makes the table set up looks really neat and decent dining place. They have long table prepare for small gathering or any birthday party too.
Saw this little figure of a boy with a camera.
I love their center drink counter too. With only Black and White color theme, and with the alphabet of Grey Hound Cafe.
They have really comfy and modernise area, which I really like. Love to stay inside this cafe and enjoying their food.
They have 2 entrance, 1 is the outdoor entrance just opposite Fahrenheit88 and another is opposite the new Starbucks
They have nicely deco outside entrance as well.
Friendly Waiter.
Noodle with Braised Beef Soup RM 25++
Rice Noodle in tendered beef soup, chicken crackling, served with chili vinegar.
I will consider this was quite a small bowl for a noodle that cost almost RM 20++ per bowl. Not really recommend to have this when you are here.
Portion serving is quite okay not too bad. They actually did let you to choose which noodle you prefer to cook with as well. This beef soup is really good and yummy, taste of full flavored of the beef. The Beef Ball was chewy and filling too.
Salmon Sashimi in Spicy Hot Sauce RM 25++
A really good appetizer to start the meal. I decide to order this when I saw this in the menu, thinking that I have not yet having salmon sashimi for quite some time.
Couldn't say that this was the best I tried. But the sauce dipping with the sashimi actually taste quite fresh for me. Sour and Spicy in the same time, taste slight minty taste for me too. Sometimes I don't usually fancy herbs or minty leave taste that are serving in Thai dish, I only fancy the spiciness of their serving. But lucky I still have my favorite Salmon Sashimi serve together, which I finish all these soon enough.
Spaghetti with Thai Anchovy RM 25++
A Greyhound Signature dish, spaghetti stir-fried with Thai Anchovy, chili oil and peppercorn.
Serving was quite okay, clean and I really like it.
I ordered this because of the Anchovy and I really like anchovy but to my disappointment I couldn't really find the anchovies as well. I am thinking maybe they have actually slices and mince the anchovy and cooked with the sauce. I guess that was it because I prefer to have real munch and crispy anchovies.
The peppercorn was a new try for me, a kind of cooking herb from Thailand. Not that strong herb smell but luckily I can still manage to finish the whole dish of this spaghetti. Overall when I eating the first bite, I find the taste rather interesting and appetizing in the same time. Not that spicy as it looks, overall was okay.
Passion Fashion RM 15++
Don't be fool by its color, the glass was actually blue color. The yellow was the Passion juice and mix with soda. The ice I feel that it has more portion than the juice, because my boyfriend drink it finish in no time too. Fresh brew Passion and small portion of drink.
Overall I have enjoy the ambiance and the food here, just that for a guy which normally eat more portion than girls will definitely find this is not worth coming. I will maybe with my girls and I still wanted to try how good was their Tom Yam Gong at Grey Hound Cafe. I love Tom Yam! Just that my boyfriend has a weak gastric which I can't eat Tom Yam with him. Price is quite pricey with not so big portion. I have yet to try their dessert too. So yeah, next visit will be only dessert and Tom Yam Gong.
