Weekend Staycation at Port Dickson, Malaysia

I believe that everyone feels very excited about the weekend. I mean working 8 hours on weekdays and finally you can rest fully on the weekend is making everyone feel excited about it. With no alarms, no work to do, no busy schedule to follow or catch up. But sometimes we need a getaway too, to relax and refresh our mind. But how do we do that? In Malaysia, there's a lot of places that you can always spend your weekend staycation too.

You can plan a short vacay to nearby states, such as Port Dickson, Malacca, Penang, Ipoh and much more. I haven't explored every part of Malaysia yet but moreover I like to travel to other countries. But since when I start to travel around Malaysia from KL to Pulau Perhentian and now from KL to Port Dickson. Both of these places is near to beach and sea, which totally my kind of a weekend trip. Not only that, online booking makes the weekend staycation easier and excited!

Food in Port Dickson can be quite limit but as for now, there is many yummy and cheap food you can find in Port Dickson. Especially seafood, crabs, fish, clam, squid and more, you will definitely won't wanted to miss it. It's been a while since I travel to Port Dickson, I didn't explore any good restaurant last time. But this trip, I explore a whole lot of cheap food here at Port Dickson. With less than MYR100, we manage to enjoy fresh Crabs, Prawn, Squid and many more other yummy food for our 2 days 1 night meal at Port Dickson.

Don't forget that every trip needs a bunch of good friends together with you too!! I am glad that we made it for monthly gathering even go for a trip together. Friends are always there to share happiness, fun, gossips and support each other.

Not to say we thought that it might rain upon arrival, but luckily is not. The sun is quite bright and super windy that day. Our eyes can't really open when we are outdoor, although it was windy but we still sweat a lot after we took a walk outside to check out the chalet.

To our surprise, the chalet looks super duper nice from the outside. Feel like I am somewhere outside Malaysia, the mint and white color looks really calm and harmony feels too. The pool that facing sea is like KILLER View!! You can see the sunset and sunrise early morning too. What a view that we miss it.

Beach beside there is quite pretty and well-taken care too. When I was here, I totally forget that I am here at Port Dickson. They have such relaxing and pretty chalet to stay in, the nice blue sky to enjoy, a beach that is pretty well-taken care to enjoy. 

Although we get to stay Sky Villa that has the view that is facing the Chalet, but we also have our private pool in the room. Manage to take photos with my new Swimsuits from Taobao.

Night view from Balcony is breathtaking too, the pattern of the chalet is our national flower Hibiscus. Too bad I don't have wide angle view camera to shoot all in one picture. We stop by the beach too for a relaxing night breeze of the sea. Almost fall asleep on the chair!

Travel to Port Dickson is not a bad idea at all, there're so many places to explore in Port Dickson. Many nice and relaxing Hotel for you to choose and stay during your staycation. The journey from KL/PJ took around 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes is still considerable too.
