Sapore, the Italian-Spanish Restaurant that serves you artisan food and fine wine, officiates its grand opening ceremony on 24 Feb 2018 after one year of establishment in Persiaran Ampang. Yours truly has been invited to their CNY Party and their store Grand Opening during Chinese New Year. The party and grand opening on that day were so happening. Thanks for the invite and let me be a part of this Grand opening ceremony.
During the opening that day, we can get to join some interesting activities including a special body art painting session for the guests and media.
We are served with light canapes which I really enjoy all of it very much. I was feeling full already before the officiating launching is even started. The top image serving by far is my favorite snack before the officiate opening.
Not too early for wine as well!
In conjunction with Chinese New Year festive season, Sapore’s grand opening includes the traditional lion dance ceremony, firecrackers, and Malaysia’s traditional Yee Sang Prosperity tosses.
All the prosperity food for preparation of the lion dance.
The word by the mandarin oranges is 旺, meaning to be prosperous and mali mali wang!

The VIP directors who officiated the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony were from left to right, Chef Fabio Ruggiero (The restaurateur and executive chef) Dr. Ng Wee Kiong (Managing Director), Mr. En Kiat (Finance Director) and other representatives of Sapore.
Lastly, we also get to enjoy some of the serving From Sapore during the grand opening and also not forget to enjoy my early wine session with media as well.
In conjunction with its grand opening, Sapore team shared their new menu information to the guests and media, which will be available starting March 2018. New 'eats’ (kids) on the 'block' presented on the menu are such as Italian pizza with customized cold cut toppings, gnocchi with spicy minced pork, and Puglia pork shoulder roulade
