The Salil Hotel Sukhumvit 57 | Bangkok Staycation

My first travel outside of Malaysia is to visit Bangkok, Thailand! I am really excited able to finally travel outside of Malaysia. Thailand is also one of my favorite countries to see. It's been since 5 years I visited Bangkok too. This time I traveled with one of my BFFs for a 5 days 4 night Bangkok trip. We have been eyeing The Salil Hotel located at Sukhumvit 57. This hotel became famous when Chanel did their commercial shoot at this hotel too.

After we reach Don Mueang International Airport, we take a grab and straight to The Salil Hotel. When we reach The Salil Hotel, I am very amazed by the building and entrance of the hotel. the whole building is in Parisian vintage style and in black and white color. 

After going in, there's a very spacious and clean waiting area for the guest to wait for check-in. 

We are also welcome by Thai Milk Tea and Popcorn prepared by The Salil Hotel. I really like the hospitality of The Salil Hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionist patiently explains to us about the facilities, and the services available to guests. Another cool thing is they have their own App for their guest to check out their facilities and services, besides that if you need to request additional service or housekeeping services, you can also request them via their app.

The hotel room we booked is their Premier Room from The Salil Hotel. This twin/double room has a minibar, fireplace, and seating area. Even though the room is small, they have all the things we needed for a staycation. I really like their room comes with a sink area, which is convenient when we can also wash our hands besides using the washroom. Their small minibar area also comes with a microwave for guests to heat up their food.

They also have a small wardrobe, ironing facilities, and laundry bags.

The bedroom also decorates with the same concept as their hotel building. I like the minimal and classy design of the bedroom. A lot of people also like to take photos inside the hotel room because some of the corners are really nice to take photos.

Their bed is also very comfortable to sleep in. They also prepare the hotel sleepwear for guests as well.

The best part during the hotel stay is we can get to dip into the bathtub after the whole day back at the hotel. Not only that their toilet comes with a bidet and it feels warm when we sit on it. The whole hospitality and experience when staying in The Salil Hotel have really made me feel really enjoy and happy as well. Their shower products are all in lemongrass scent which is also one of my favorite scents.

Outside our bedroom is their famous staircase where a lot of guests take photos here as well. This staircase is very classy and elegant looking. Especially the chandelier makes the whole area looks more elegant, we also have fun taking photos with the staircase. There are a total of 8 floors in The Salil Hotel. Hotel's 1st to 7th floors are for guests to stay, and the 8th floor is facilities for the guest to enjoy.

The next day we are here at their ground floor area for their breakfast. Guests can feel free to sit at any empty table to enjoy their breakfast. Each of the dining seats is also very pretty and comfortable to sit and dine in. Their breakfast food comes in varieties, from western, to dim sum, salad, and pastries. Even though the food selection is not that sumptuous, the portion and taste are still definitely good.

In The Salil Hotel, there are facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, gym, and family playroom. This whole floor is also very spacious and clean. The guest can enjoy some free time here using all their facilities.

Overall I really enjoy my stay and the hospitality of the staff here at The Salil Hotel. This whole hotel is really very pretty and comfortable to stay. Lastly, The Salil Hotel Sukhumvit 57 is only 1.5 km from the Emporium Shopping Mall and 2.1 km from Camillian Hospital while Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital is 1.3 km away. Nearby there are also a lot of nice restaurants to hang out too.
