Self Shoot Birthday Photos with Purple Rich Girl Set Look

I love all the self-shoot photos that I shoot during my birthday in June. I also want to blog about it for a memory keepsake so that I can look at it when time passes. Although this year's birthday theme is quite random I have no idea what to do and expect. I quickly browsed some birthday shoot themes and shopped for some props for this self-shoot.

And omg I really love this filter in Meitu which elevates the birthday theme shoot that I wanted. Not very fancy but the elements I want are there. The confetti is the effect from the photo app which looks so fun and natural for my birthday shoot.

Also, this is my first time blond I definitely love my new hair color 😍 This look is after my first wash after I dye my hair, I feel that this blond hair color makes me look even fairer too. Although bleach can be very dry, it will need more effort to take care of this hair with hair treatment.

Try some different confetti but still prefer the first type.

Time to light up my birthday candle 👍🏻 This small cake that I prepared is actually a fake cake that I bought from Shopee. Since I don’t want to spend money on some fancy cake, might as well I diy myself. No need to be so perfect but it can fit my birthday theme.

I also bought a new birthday headband too! Simple but still looks dainty 💖

Here are the photos of my own DIY 🎂. The most difficult part was the ribbon around it when I did not estimate how should I stick it on the plastic foam cake. But during the photo shoot, I just tried to show the best side of the cake 😂

Besides the cake, I also bought the backdrop with this purple-pink reflective and some fun birthday balloons for shooting. But I ended up only managing to pump some and take photos with it.

When I first saw this outfit from Taobao, I knew that I needed to purchase this straight away! Although the price is pricey the size and design of this set suit me so well! I have gained a lot of weight recently so when I buy any bottom I always buy an extra size. When I first wear the skirt it makes me look quite flat and wide, but then the outer top is so cute with a lot of pretty details of lace and ribbon!

Love this look that I am planning for my birthday it looks rich and makes me look like a princess! I love my birthday crown which is also a new purchase for this year's birthday hair band.

I edit more photos with my favorite filter and I definitely love it so much! This purple of the outfit is super sweet and I love this shade of purple so much. I also wear my purple necklace with this fit. It looks quite heavy because my collar area has so many details.
