Purple Beach Dress Birthday Dinner at The COVE, Port Dickson

My birthday dinner was at Port Dickson this time. After we traveled from KL to Port Dickson, it was also quite a late and gloomy day. We check in hotel at around 5pm. Then I quickly get ready to head out for dinner. This trip was random and chill because I didn't plan any itinerary; I just did a random search for some famous place to visit. 

I didn't plan this trip in detail, so I didn't check the distance between the hotel and the places we were visiting. It turns out that the hotel we booked is quite far from the city, while the restaurant is located in the town area. The travel time from the hotel to the restaurant is about 20-25 minutes.

Actually, the restaurant also did not have many guests, but we did book. The food we order quite a lot also, each of us orders 1 main + side dish.

One of the waiters helped us take photos as well, I really liked the photos because the way he helped us take photos was so candid and lovey-dovey feel.

All the foods we order. Overall food wise is okay, at least it does not taste bad. The ingredients they use are quite fresh too! I just feel that the food portion can be bigger.

Later, when the rain finally stopped, I kept asking my husband to go out to take photos.

Although the day does look gloomy we still took some nice photos.

While taking photos halfway, we also celebrate my birthday in the restaurant. This is where my husband started to act so funny before we came outside of the restaurant here. Love this selfie which is also very candid and both of us look so happy!

This purple bag from Bonia has been in my wardrobe for quite some time. Since I'm wearing a purple outfit, I decided to bring it out and match it with this dress. At first, I didn't think it would look nice, but now that I see the two together, I actually think it was a good choice!

I like the photo edit that I did for this whole series of photos. Because the day is quite gloomy and near to evening time, I like this filter that I chose which makes the photos looks nice and have nice contra of my skin color and the sky.

It's been a while since I wore anything strapless. I don't really feel confident in showing my flabby arms. But for this dress, I don't have much choice but to accept it. I'm quite happy that I get to take quite a lot of photos of this fit despite the gloomy rainy weather!

Later we also take more photos on the other side of the outdoor seating of the restaurant.

There's this small ferry floating on the sea here which is quite a cute scene. Overall this restaurant has a few corners where you can come and take photos as well. I really enjoy the scene of the sea just beside the restaurant. Imagine you can enjoy the food and the sea view here!

I hope you all liked the Purple Beach Dress I wore for my birthday dinner! I really enjoyed wearing it because it's flowy and very comfortable. Although I didn't put much thought into matching it with the bag, shoes, and accessories, I think they still complimented each other well.
