Cheevit Cheeva - Must Try this Famous dessert shop in Hatyai

My first post about my Hatyai trip! This Cheevit Cheeva Hatyai dessert shop has quickly become a must-visit destination for dessert lovers in Hatyai, Thailand, known for its innovative takes on traditional sweets. This vibrant café offers a delightful array of desserts, but what truly steals the spotlight is their signature salted egg shaved ice. This is my first time trying to taste shaved ice dessert, and I am really surprised by how it is not weird but quite appetizing.

This serving features a generous mound of ice, delicately drizzled with creamy salted egg sauce, complemented by a touch of coconut milk for added richness. Topped with a sweet boba taste then completes this dish, It appeals to both sweet and savory palates, making it a perfect treat for any time of day. The vibrant presentation and intriguing flavor profile make it a feast for the eyes and the taste buds.

For this dessert dish we ordered, the taste was not appealing to us. The dango was quite soft, and its texture was normal for our liking.

The space is filled with natural light and simple yet stylish decor emphasizing a calm and welcoming vibe.
